We ship to all residential and commercial addresses within Canada.

SHIPPING COSTS

Christine & Lily offers free standard shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase requirement.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

• Processing Time: 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday)
• Transit Time: 4 to 9 business days (Monday through Friday)
• Total Estimated Delivery: 6 to 12 business days from order placement
• Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day

Delivery estimates may vary based on your location and may be affected by carrier delays or severe weather conditions.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

We currently ship exclusively within Canada. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or restricted delivery zones.

FAILED DELIVERIES

If a delivery attempt fails, the package may be returned to our facility. We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional fees may apply if the failure was due to an address error.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package does not arrive within the estimated window or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@christine-lily.com.
